Originally based in the Milton Keynes area now moved to larger premises in Raunds. 1st Class Cuisine provides catering for Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Northamptonshire and West Cambridgeshire however we can travel further a field. See the area Map for more details.
1st Class Cuisine can cater for any event from a garden party bbq to wedding receptions , corporate events and event catering. More than Caterers, 1st Class can recommend venues, supply mobile bars, & marquees.
Your Wedding day is one of the most important days in your life, as experienced wedding caterers we understand this. We pride ourselves on being able to offer a personal service and will work with you to create a wedding breakfast menu for your guests that they will love and ensure that your wedding reception will run smoothly.
Wedding catering and Wedding marquee packages are also available to help with planning the reception.

1st Class Cuisine provides event catering for outside events such as county shows, motorsport events, commerical shows and fairs. catering / selling direct to the visitors or available for hire for corporate events, fun days, open days, product promotions, private parties and weddings. From a single pop up gazebo to a Multi-bay Marquees for up to 30,000 people 1st Class Cuisine can cater for any size event. See Event Catering for more details
For that special event we can provide a range of starters, mains and desserts that will compliment each other, alternatively we can design a bespoke menu for you and your guests. All Sit Down Meals include Waitress Service, Crockery and Cutlery. As outside caterers we can tailor menus to suit you, if you have a menu in mind then we would be happy to create this for you.
High quality BBQ available to make your event a success, includes all catering staff and equipment.
Oktoberfest / Christmas German Market Style BBQ, ideal for Christmas Parties and German / Austrian themed Corporate events at the location of your choice.
Crepe Bar / Pancake Party, Savoury and sweet pancakes freshly made to order, ideal if you're planning a children's party.

Full service catering from our experienced and friendly staff. We offer two Funeral buffets, both include unlimited tea and coffee refills, other options available including afternoon tea.
Cookery Classes for all levels. Tuition in small groups, all food and equipment provided. Range of food courses / cookery lessons available. Cookery school gift vouchers for cookery lessons are now available

So many many thanks for ensuring the catering side of Nicola and Rob’s day on the 4th May 2013 went so well. So many compliments have been said on the food, presentation and wonderful polite and helpful staff. Arthur your calm, patient and thoughtfulness throughout the day and the weeks leading up to the wedding were very much appreciated. Theresa your amazing skill should never go un noticed the food was divine. The whole front of house staff are a credit to you. I know this was one of your first functions/weddings out of your area but everything went so well you would never know we kept you waiting to serve for nearly an hour.
